Hawaiian Airlines Contract

ARTICLE 25

EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION

This Agreement, as amended, shall become effective date of ratification and shall continue in full force and effect through March 31, 2008, and shall renew itself without change unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, sixty (60) days prior to March 31, 2008, or in accordance with the provisions of Clause 3.2 of this Agreement, by either party hereto.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this Agreement, this 22nd day of January, 2005.
