How we represent Members
As part of the world’s largest airline union, District 141 is committed to assuring fairness in the workplace by resolving disputes between Members and the company through a grievance process established by a contract. A union contract is very similar to a contract that protects company executives by defining issues of pay, benefit, work rules, and dispute resolution. Unlike an employee handbook contrived by HR professionals, a union contract is an enforceable legal document. learn more
