Dear Mr. Miklavic
The following will confirm our conversation regarding Family health insurance coverage for part-time fleet service employees who possess recall to a full-time passenger service position.
Part-time employees working in Fleet Service on June 1, 1999 who have recall to a full-time Passenger Service position and have not turned down a recall to a full-time position will bew eligible for Family medical and dental coverage. Newly eligible employees will receive health insurance enrollment information from the Company. If the employee returns the appropriate enrollment forms by the established deadline, coverage will be effective August 1, 1999.
