Dear Tom,

Lead Agents are currently not utilized in AVL, AVP, CAE, CAK, CHA, ELM, ERI, FAY, ILM, ITH, LEX, MEM, MKE, PNS, SBN, SNA, TOL, TRI, and TYS. In an effort to utilize lead agents in these stations, the Company proposes the following:

• The Company will offer the appropriate number of Lead Agent positions in each of the stations listed above to fleet service agents within each location on a one-time basis.
• If unable to fill all the required Lead agent positions from within the station, the Company will continue to operate without the appropriate ratio of Lead agents to avoid displacing the junior fleet service employee(s). Once fleet service agents leave the station, they will be back-filled with lead agent positions under the normal transfer provisions until the appropriate Lead/Agent ratio is achieved for that station.
