Dear Tom, This letter will confirm our conversation regarding the acceptance of overtime as outlined in Article 6, paragraph L of the fleet service agreement.

Article 6, paragraph L will be applied as follows: Employees who accept overtime will have 60 minutes in which to relinquish the award. Following the 60-minute period, employees will be responsible to work the overtime shift and may not trade this obligation with another employee.
