Dear Mr. Miklavic

The following will confirm our conversation regarding the “no outsourcing” date of March 1, 2004, which appears in Article 3, paragraph B.1.c.ii, paragraph B.2.e and paragraph B.2.f.ii of the fleet service contract.

With the signing of this letter, the date “March 1, 2004” appearing in the paragraphs of the fleet service agreement listed above, will change to “the day before the amendable date of the agreement”.
