Dear Mr. Miklavic
The following will confirm our conversation regarding full-time distribution of overtime outlined in Article 6, paragraph E of the fleet service agreement.
When distributing full-time overtime, consideration will be given to employees meeting the following criteria after employees listed in Article 6, paragraph E.3 and before employees listed in Article 6, paragraph E.4:
- Full-time employees outside of the classification and duty assignment
- Signed up on the availability list (where utilized)
- Having the lowest equalization
