Dear Mr. Miklavic

The following will confirm our conversation regarding probation for fleet service employees hired prior to the effective date of implementation of the fleet service agreement on April 5, 1999.

Fleet service employees hired before April 5, 1999 will be on probation for six (6) months from their date of hire or the first ninety (90) active workdays from April 5, 1999, whichever date comes first.
