Dear Mr. Miklavic,

The following will confirm our conversation regarding the retention of classification seniority and pay seniority for employees returning to a fleet service position within six (6) months.

In addition to the provisions outlined in Article 7, H of the Agreement, employees who wish to return to a fleet service position within six (6) months of the effective date of their transfer from fleet service, will be eligible to utilize all retained classification seniority to return to their former position and location provided a vacancy exists.
