Dear Tom,

This letter will confirm our conversation regarding the application of Article 8, paragraph F.5 regarding transfer requests on file to full-time positions within the location.

Article 8, paragraph F.5 will be applied as follows:

Employees awarded a system transfer are required to remain in the new location for a period of one (1) year and all other transfer requests on file will be discarded, except for full-time agent and lead agent positions in the new location.
