165 Reservations Jobs return

Selection of Members at United Airlines is nearly complete for 165 Customer Relations positions in Chicago and Hawaii. Those jobs previously outsourced to India are now filled with qualified IAM Reservations Representatives. Training for those positions will take place over the coming months.

“We are proud and pleased the IAM and United were able to work together to bring jobs back to the United States and provide increased opportunities for our reservations Members,” said IAM District 141 President Rich Delaney .Instrumental in bringing these jobs home was Laura Stone, District 141 AGC. Stone is a twenty five year United Airlines veteran, as well as a permanent member of the contract Negotiating Team.
